How do I claim for Surerewards

  • a) Go to any hardware store and buy any PPC cement
  • b) Take a picture of the receipt or slip
  • c) Upload the image of the receipt on the SUREREWARDS platform
  • d) Receive R1,50 for every bag of PPC Cement bought
  • How old should my receipt be to qualify?

  • All valid receipts (payment receipts) uploaded must come from recognised stockists of PPC Cement across SA and must not be older than 3 months
  • How do I withdraw money into my bank account?

  • a) Login into your surerewards account.
  • b) click on “WITHDRAW MONEY”.
  • c) Type in the amount you want to Withdraw.
  • d) select the “ewallet” option and click “withdraw”or select the “Transfer to my bank” option, select your bank & add banking details.
  • f) Click “Withdraw”.
  • What’s the minimum amount I can withdraw?

  • The minimum withdrawal amount is R50. A registered user will have no claim to funds that do not meet the minimum withdrawal requirement
  • I withdrew money to my account, but it does not reflect?

  • Once the funds withdrawal request has been received and verified, payment will be made to the registered user within 24 hours. Please ensure that the correct banking details are provided.
  • 24Hrs have passed and I have not received money into my bank account?

  • How long does it take for me to receive money in my bank account?

  • Once the funds withdrawal request has been received and verified, payment will be made to the registered user within 24 hours.
  • How many bags of cement can I claim?

  • No more than 250 (two hundred and fifty) bags of PPC Cement may be claimed upon, in a 30 (thirty) day period, per registered user.
  • My SUREREWARDS wallet has not updated after I have uploaded my receipt?

  • On submitting a receipt, the uploaded till slip will be verified and will only be approved provided that the receipt is deemed valid. Until such time that the receipt is deemed valid, the registered user has no claim against purchases reflected on the receipt.
  • How many accounts can I have?

  • A registered user may not create more than 1 (one) Surerewards Account. Each unique mobile device may not be associated with more than 1 (one) Surerewards registered user
  • I cannot log-in into my SUREREWARDS Platform?

  • How much does it cost be to use the SUREREWARDS platform?

  • The use of the Surerewards platform is free of charge (excluding applicable mobile data costs associated with use of the platform), however the registered user is responsible for the fees charged for each withdrawal per transaction.
  • How much does it cost be to use the SUREREWARDS platform?

  • The use of the Surerewards platform is free of charge (excluding applicable mobile data costs associated with use of the platform), however the registered user is responsible for the fees charged for each withdrawal per transaction.

  • The cost per E-wallet transaction is R2 + R9 for Every R1000 (Two rand plus nine rand for every one thousand) per transaction.
  • How much does it cost be to use the SUREREWARDS platform?

  • The use of the Surerewards platform is free of charge (excluding applicable mobile data costs associated with use of the platform), however the registered user is responsible for the fees charged for each withdrawal per transaction.

  • The cost per E-wallet transaction is R2 + R9 for Every R1000 (Two rand plus nine rand for every one thousand) per transaction.

  • Transaction fee will be added as per calculations below
  • R100 = R 102.9 they add R2.9
  • R200 = R203.8 they add R3.8
  • R500 = R506.5 they add R6.5
  • R900 = R910.1 they add R10.1
  • R1000 = R1011 they added R11
  • R1050 = R1061.45 they added R11.45

  • And the cost for EFT Bank transfer is R2.50 (Two Rand fifty only) per transaction. The appropriate transaction fee will be deducted from the balance available in the registered user’s Surerewards account.
  • How do I opt-out from receiving marketing material?

  • The Promoter reserves the right to use a participant’s details for marketing and research purposes, unless a participant advises otherwise. Should you wish to opt- out of any communication at any point, you may opt out by sending an email to surerewards@analyticsadvert.com
  • How do I close my account?

  • A Registered User may close their Surerewards Account by contacting surerewards@analyticsadvert.com
